Before They Were Stars: Son of Charles and Gloria Cooper, Bradley Cooper was raised Catholic just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After high school, he attended Villanova University, and then transferred to Georgetown University, where he earned a degree in English. Cooper went on to study acting at the New School University in New York.
Where Are They Now: Going straight from school to screen, Bradley Cooper scored a guest role in Sex and the City, which lead to bigger roles in Jack & Bobby and Alias. In 2005, Cooper starred in Wedding Crashers, which vaulted him to stardom. These days, Cooper can be seen in The A-Team, Yes Man, He’s Just Not That Into You, plus the record-breaking Hangover franchise. He launched himself as one of Hollywood’s leading dramatic actors with Silver Linings Playbook in 2012, which co-starred Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence.
