Snakkle Tracks Down the Residents of 4616 Melrose Place to Find Out Where They Are Now
It's been 23 years since Melrose Place premiered! If the characters on this beloved Fox soap could survive drugging, blackmail, pool fights, adultery, and an actual bomb inside their building, then the actors of Melrose Place should have been able to survive a little thing like Hollywood, right? Snakkle takes a look at some of the fan favorites and key players from the original series to see where this crazy town has taken them once they left the infamous courtyard. By Danielle TurchianoIn the post-Melrose Place era, Locklear took a turn keeping up her special guest star title by appearing in everything from Ally McBeal to Two and a Half Men, with an extended run on Spin City. Ultimately the series was canceled before we could learn if Amanda was just involved in another long con, like when she faked her death to elope with Peter. But Locklear went on to star in two TV movies. Unfortunately these days her headlines feel ripped from a soapy Darren Star plot, as she has battled anxiety, depression, and, it’s been speculated, alcoholism.
