Before They Were Stars
Before They Were Stars—Snakkle Celebrates American Reunion by Catching Up with the Cast (and Their Past)
Once there was a time when MILFs were just a weird combination of letters, and when the words “This one time, at band camp…” didn’t strike fear into the hearts of flautists everywhere. This was, of course, the murky time in our history known as BAP: Before American Pie. Then, in 1999, director brothers Paul and Chris Weitz decided to unleash the blockbuster American Pie into our consciousness. The story of four teenage boys who make a pact to lose their virginity by prom night soon became the Porky’s for a new generation. Now they’re back with American Reunion, where Jim, Michelle, Stifler, and the gang have returned for a new assault against warm baked goods and our sense of well-being. See what the American Pie cast really looked like in high school, and find out what they’re up to today. By Katherine Butler

This one time, in high school, Alyson Hannigan looked the fresh-faced senior at North Hollywood High School in 1992, well before playing high schooler Willow in the iconic Buffy the Vampire Slayer. A veteran child actress, Hannigan had also appeared on shows like Picket Fences (1992), Roseanne (1988), and Touched by an Angel (1994) before landing Buffy in 1997.

Last night I time traveled to 1992 to a class room where Alyson was there. I sent the entire room into a mental chaos before returning to my bed at 5:30 this morning. In the classroom, I passed a note to a guy sitting directly in front of me. The teacher approached, reading it as he ripped it apart in panic. I made an obscure comment to the teacher with a smirk that sent her mind reeling with awe and astonishment as the students began to mentally break down. I knew it was 1992 and it was Alyson Hannigan present before I awoke. What I did not know until I did some googling, that Alyson’s senior year was apart of 1992. I don’t believe in coincidences or that this was just a manifestation of the subconscious. I went beyond lucid dreaming, maybe reached a portal in the collective unconscious to stumble into 1992. It is now 11:23 on July 4th 2019, and I ponder still the meaning of my presence in 1992 with Alyson Hannigan.
