Brad Garrett
Before he made a splash as Ray Romano’s older and much larger brother on Everybody Loves Raymond, Brad Garrett was a stand-up comic. Like many comedians, he appeared on Star Search. Unlike many of them, he actually won the grand prize—$100,000—which was worth a lot more in 1984 than it is now. (Unfortunately, you can’t really see him perform on this clip, but he is in the opening credits).
